Snow removal service for Town Hall and Fire Station. This will be a seasonal contract for the 2026-2027 winter season. Total plowing area is approx. 60,350 SF. Approx. 21,200 SF of that is in front of the Fire Station overhead doors and will need to be kept clear DURING storms. Additionally, we have approx. 520' of 5' wide sidewalk and 8 service doors which will need to be cleared.

The Resort Village of Tobin Lake is requesting quotes for on-call snow removal services during the 2026/2027 winter season. The contractor must provide and maintain its own equipment, including equipment with an angled blade, and provide proof of at least $2 million in liability insurance. Services will be used when municipal maintenance staff are unavailable or unable to manage heavy snowfall.
