The project includes but is not limited to improvements to the existing Cook-Crumley Park and addition of new amenities for resident use. New additions to the park include an asphalt parking area, asphalt walking path, and a new basketball court. Existing infrastructure will be improved through renovation of the existing basketball court into a new pre-engineered pavilion area, site grading for future improvements projects. The site borders Grant Creek but all improvements will be outside of the Grant Creek floodway.
