Description: Landscape improvements includes 1 LS of mobilization/demobilization; 1 LS of erosion repair allowance; install 7 EA of Ginkgo; install 8 EA of White oak; install 10 EA of Burr oak; install 9 EA of Northern red oak; install 5 EA of Kentucky coffeetree; install 24 EA of Adams crabapple; install 36 EA of Snowdrift crabapple; install 2,478 SY of sodding; install 3,500 SY of seeding - type Superturf II; construct 1 LS of irrigation system; 1 LS of clearing and grubbing - general; 6 EA of clearing and grubbing - trees over 9" diameter; and under Alternate No. 1 (ADD): remove and reset 22 EA of tree - less than 10" caliper; remove and reset 3 EA of tree - 10" caliper; install 25 EA of Treegator original slow-release water bag; and 44 TRIP of watering.
