Short-Term Rentals System RFP

Description: The County of Los Angeles Treasurer and Tax Collector (TTC) is issuing this Request for Proposals, TTC RFP 2026-03 STRS, for the provision, operation, and maintenance of the Short-Term Rentals System that supports LA County's STR registration, billing, and compliance functions. Proposals must be emailed to contracts@ttc.lacounty.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. PT on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and a virtual Mandatory Proposers' Conference is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. PT on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 (registration due by 5:00 p.m. PT on Monday, July 13, 2026). The solicitation is classified as a Service contract for MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT - SOFTWARE and is not a grant program.
