Short Term Rental Compliancy and Cost Recovery Services (Reqeust for Proposal)

Description: Establish a contract for technical and professional services to assist the City of Baytown (the City) with respect to locate, register, monitor, identify hotel occupancy tax (HOT) amounts, capture complaints and respond to complainants associated with short-term rental (STR) units within the City. These services will include capturing the location of STRs in a format that can be transferred to geographic information system (GIS) and assistance and support for administering services.
