Provide B Department Operations Support.
Description: The contractor shall be responsible for curriculum management including efforts to keep all course material standardized and aligned with current and emerging requirements germane to SOTG-delivered formal courses. All recommendations for edits shall be provided by the contractor to the COR for review and adjudication prior to implementation. Training: Training includes the professional instruction and facilitation of formal courseware as well as professional facilitation in accordance with Navy Education and Training Center (NETC) standards. Training includes participating in Exercise Control Group (ECG) scenario-based team training for direct support during embedded functional exercises within the various courses. Contractor shall provide personnel to provide dynamic and interactive training and exercises across the SOTG competencies. These training and exercises must be professional, and the personnel must be capable of facilitating the training and exercises in a professional manner consistent with the Navy Warfare Training System, Planning Briefing Execution & Debriefing (PBED) process, and the Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP).
