The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a shipyard with a drydock to inspect, refurbish, and modify Barge 774, a 110 ft x 26 ft x 5 ft steel equipment barge. Work includes replacing timber decking, repositioning spuds and installing new spud wells, relocating winches and replacing wire rope, rerouting power, painting the hull, and extending or replacing spuds.
