Airport Layout Plan (APL) Update *Sole Source* RFP

Description: Airport Layout Plan (ALP) Update with Exhibit A and Narrative Report for the Truth or Consequences Municipal Airport. The project also includes preparation of Airport Rules and Regulations and Minimum Standards. The project will update the airport's planning documentation to support future airport development, infrastructure improvements, and coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and New Mexico Department of Transportation Aviation Division (NMDOT Aviation). The project is supported by FAA and NMDOT Aviation grant funding established using the project scope and professional services fee developed by Delta Airport Consultants and evaluated through the Independent Fee Estimate (IFE) process.
