Work must be performed at the contractor’s facility in the Puget Sound region from Olympia to Bellingham and includes docking and transport, hull and deck preservation and inspections, tank and void work, piping replacement, cargo-tank level-indicator calibration, and cargo-pump and diesel-generator maintenance. The contractor must return the vessel to the Government after an estimated August–November 2027 performance period, and capability responses are due November 18, 2026.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a shipyard with a drydock to inspect, refurbish, and modify Barge 774, a 110 ft x 26 ft x 5 ft steel equipment barge. Work includes replacing timber decking, repositioning spuds and installing new spud wells, relocating winches and replacing wire rope, rerouting power, painting the hull, and extending or replacing spuds. Quotes are requested through PIEE under a total small-business set-aside, and the barge must be returned to Lock and Dam 7 by April 1, 2027.
