Maintenance, Repair, and Preservation of YON-325

Description: The Department of the Navy’s Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility is conducting market research for contractors capable of maintaining, repairing, and preserving the YON-325; this sources-sought notice is for market research and is not a request for quotation. Work must be performed at the contractor’s facility in the Puget Sound region from Olympia to Bellingham and includes docking and transport, hull and deck preservation and inspections, tank and void work, piping replacement, cargo-tank level-indicator calibration, and cargo-pump and diesel-generator maintenance. The contractor must return the vessel to the Government after an estimated August–November 2027 performance period, and capability responses are due November 18, 2026.
