Sheriff's Office Organizational, Staffing, and Operational Assessment - (RFP)

Description: Consultants to conduct a comprehensive organizational, staffing, and operational assessment of the County Sheriff's Office. The assessment will include an in-depth review of the agency's structure, staffing levels, operational practices, workload demands, and future service needs through 2040 across all divisions and the Administration Section, with a limited review of the Communications Division. The selected consultant will provide data-driven recommendations, supporting justifications, and cost estimates, culminating in a final report that supports longterm planning and effective public safety service delivery, as well as presentations to stakeholders. The contract term will commence on or about July 6, 2026, until completion of the project.
