Security Services - Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility

Description: The City of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador is requesting bids for the provision of general security services at the Robin Hood Bay (RHB) Regional Waste Management Facility, located at 340 East White Hills Road, St. John's, NL. The successful contractor shall provide security guard(s) for the site outside of the facility's normal operating hours, conducting regular patrols, maintaining activity logs, and reporting unauthorized access or emergencies to landfill staff and/or emergency personnel. This is the successor solicitation to the previous City of St. John's security services contract for the same facility (Bid 2025091, awarded July 2025), covering a multi-year term with optional renewal extensions.
