Security Consultant for Colombia (Request for Proposal)

Description: Consultancy (anticipated for 80 days) who will support the EpiC and STRIDES projects. The consultant will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management strategies to protect project staff, assets, and facilities in dynamic environments. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for implementing all internal and external coordination safety and access activities through strategic alignment with leadership, operations, and programs for humanitarian access, alongside the development of external networks for intelligence and incident response.
