Communications Consultant for Colombia (Request for Proposal)

Description: Consultant position (expected to last 70 days) to support the planning and development of communications materials across various platforms, including the development and quality control of materials and ensuring compliance with Owner and donor requirements. The consultant will also support the management of U.S. Department of State (DoS) requests and the coordinated dissemination of project results and activities.
