Security Camera System Replacement and Expansion - (Request for Proposals)

Description: Replacement, upgrade, and expansion of the City's security camera system. The project generally includes replacement of approximately 34 existing security cameras, installation of additional cameras, upgraded video recording and management capabilities, improved video storage and remote access, and implementation of modern artificial intelligence (AI) video analytics and investigative search features. The system currently serves City Hall, the Police Department, Public Works Facility, and Anna City Park. The selected vendor will be expected to provide a turnkey solution, including system evaluation and design, equipment, installation, configuration, testing, training, warranty, and related services.
