Project include one-story high security building of approximately 6,000 GSF that consists of one large, open high-bay section of about 4,000 SF with secured boundary constructed to current ICD/ICS 705 and Tempest/R-foil requirements, an adjoining wing of roughly 2,000 sf designed to current ICD/ICS 705 and Tempest/R-foil requirements. Installation of a new utility corridor on the West side of the SNL/CA campus. The new utility corridor will comprise of potable water, sewer, storm, power, and communication lines. In total, the new utility corridor will be approx. 3,500 LF in length, include new sectionalizing switches, and provide further redundancy to the site's west side structures and programs.
