Seal Coating Parking Lots at the Administration and HHS Buildings RFP

Description: Seal coating parking lots at the Administration and HHS Buildings. Sweep, blow and or clean all areas and curbing to prep for seal coating. Rout all cracks. Fill all cracks with rubberized crack filler. Seal with 2 coats of sealer. Stripe all parking, handicap stalls per existing overview maps. All areas will need to be completed on weekends due to weekly daily usage. All areas flagged off before and after to help keep traffic off while curing. Lots need to be ready for normal business operations each Monday after completion.
