Seal Beach Recycled Water Feasibility Study

Description: The City of Seal Beach is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Recycled Water Feasibility Study under the State Water Resources Control Board’s Water Recycling Funding Program. The study will evaluate converting potable-water irrigation demands to recycled water, improving water-supply reliability, reducing reliance on imported water, and meeting water-conservation requirements. The study area covers nearly the entire potable-water service territory, which serves approximately 5,400 connections and has annual demand of about 3,200 acre-feet.
