Description: The South Dakota Department of Public Safety’s Office of Emergency Management seeks a consultant to update the state’s existing Enhanced State Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan. The update is to follow FEMA’s current review tool and guidance, with final delivery by December 15, 2028, and FEMA approval by April 16, 2029.
