SCSD2 Entry Floor Systems - SHS & SJHS RFP

Description: Work at SHS includes replacing main entry flooring with entry floor slatted mat and walk-off carpet. It also includes replacing sealant in expansion joints in the Commons quarry tile floor and a small area of floor tile installation. At SJHS, the work includes replacing entry flooring at multiple locations with entry floor slatted mat and walk-off carpet and replacing areas of hall carpet with carpet tiles on the 1st floor. Removal of existing flooring required on both projects.

SCSD2 Transportation Bus Barn Electrical Equipment Replacement Project RFP
DESIGN/BUILD: Project includes replacing the main electrical disconnect and subfeed disconnect, and replacing and consolidating all existing panelboards to accommodate existing electrical loads and possible future HVAC and lighting upgrades to the building. The existing main and subfeed disconnects shall each be replaced with new fused disconnects of the same ampacity. The existing panelboards shall be consolidated into two new 225a, 54-space panelboards. The existing "office" panelboard shall be removed in its entirety, and its branch circuits shall be extended as required for consolidation into the new "main" panelboard. The two existing "shop/bus" panelboards shall be removed and consolidated into a single new panelboard. Existing conduit and conductors shall be reused where they are in good condition and can remain in service. Provisions for site lighting upgrades, bus outlet upgrades, HVAC upgrades, and temporary power during construction are not included in this project scope.
