Description: The City of Philadelphia Health Department is seeking installation of upgraded conferencing systems in the Gritty, Large Training, and Franklin conference rooms on the 13th floor of 1101 Market Street. The work includes HDMI and USB wall-plate extenders, integration of owner-furnished PCs and displays, collaboration switchers, all-in-one conferencing bars, mounts, and keypad controllers. The solicitation includes a 90-day workmanship warranty and a three-year enhanced service plan; award may be made by whole solicitation or line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and sellers must quote all items.
