AvailableWork includes: abandoning BWL Wells 85-01, 85-02, and 85-03, which are screened Type 1 community wells with no pumps or internal equipment and equipped with pitless adapters. Work includes full mobilization, setup, abandonment to grade, demobilization, and reporting the abandoned status to the State of Michigan in accordance with the Michigan Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Code (Part 127, Act 368, PA 1978; Rules R 325.1662–1670). Contractor must provide lump-sum pricing based on existing well information, supply unit pricing per cubic foot of fill material for volume variances, account for 20% grout loss through the screen, and save/present cement/material slips for verification. Expected fill volumes are 657.38 ft³ for Well 85-01, 150.21 ft³ for Well 85-02, and 185.55 ft³ for Well 85-03.
