One electronic proposal for Water Based Fire System Repairs, must be received from eligible Proposers, submitted to the School Board’s Procurement Services Department, Euna Procurement Platform no later than 2:00 PM EST, on December 2, 2026, to be considered. Proposers that do not comply with the School Board’s procedures or deadlines will not be considered. The School Board will retain all proposer information received. The Euna Procurement electronic platform will not allow submissions after the opening date and time, and therefore late proposals will not be accepted or considered for award. The District anticipates making multiple awards; however, a single award may be made if determined to be in the best interest of the District. The District desires to secure firm prices for standard hourly rates and overtime hourly rates for water based fire system parts and repairs necessary for the District that include, but are not limited to: the repair, renovation, modification, and/or replacement of fire sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, fire pumps, backflow devices, fire hoses, and all associated components, equipment, piping, valves, controls, and appurtenances.
