SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROGRAM JOB ORDER CONTRACT RFP

Description: The City of Phoenix seeks qualifications from contractors for an on-call job order contract to rehabilitate its sanitary sewer system, primarily 8- to 15-inch pipes, and may select up to five contractors. Work may use cured-in-place pipe lining or, occasionally, dig-and-replace, and includes sewer cleaning, CCTV inspection, bypass pumping, spot repairs, manhole rehabilitation, and pavement restoration. The contract is for 36 months or $30 million per JOC, whichever comes first, with an option for an additional 24 months and a total contract amount not to exceed $50 million.
