Description: Removal of existing storm sewer infrastructure and the installation of new storm sewer improvements to enhance drainage performance. Installation of storm sewer beneath an active CSX railroad corridor will use jack and bore construction methods to avoid disruption to railroad operations. Roadway will be reconstructed on state road 39 after the installation of the new storm sewer. Additional improvements include grading to establish positive drainage and the construction of new storm sewer end sections and headwalls.
