San Luis Rey Park Restroom Rehabilitation RFP

Description: The work to be performed involves demolition in preparation for new improvements to existing restroom building, which includes: Exterior Work: Retrofit existing parking spaces for compliance to provide an accessible car and van Parking spaces and new compliant concrete walk. New metal fence, metal screen panels, and metal gates. Exterior of Building: New metal wall louvers, new wall infills with matching CMU, pressure wash and painting of existing exterior of building, new plumbing fixtures such as lavatories to meet accessible requirements, and new LED lighting. Interior of Building: Improvements include to Restroom reconfiguration for compliance with accessible standards providing/replacing new interior concrete slab, CMU walls to provide private toilet rooms, metal screen panels, wood framings of walls, doors, door frame with compliant door hardware, new epoxy floor finish with integrated cove base finish and wall & ceiling paint finishes, toilet accessories, and wall & door signages, plumbing fixtures, LED light fixtures.
