Salinas Valley Health 5 Lower Ragsdale Drive Roof Replacement

Work includes replacement of the existing 64,000 SF built-up roof system complete to top of plywood substrate, including abatement of asbestos containing mastic, removal of existing roof screens, installation of new parapets where roof screens are removed, infill of select skylights, the removal of five (5) abandoned HVAC RTUs and their associated utilities, the removal and replacement of all rooftop mounted gas and condensate drain piping and associated supports, replacement of damaged electrical conduit, replacement of existing fire protection piping, installation of new roof drains and overflow drains, the repair of select curbs, the salvage and reinstallation of existing rooftop utility equipment, and the replacement of damaged and/or failing insulation inside the building.
