Rubberized Pavement Grant Program RFP

Description: The purpose of the grant is to promote markets for Rubberized Asphalt Concrete (RAC) products with crumb rubber derived from only California-generated waste tires to resurface roads using RAC Hot-Mix or Chip Seal applications. The program is designed to encourage first-time users of rubberized pavement. Parking lots and alleys are eligible. However, it is not recommended for these applications due to the resilient nature of the material.
