Rubber-Tired Loader (Buyback) FY27

Description: The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Division of Purchases, is soliciting bids for a one-time contract to procure 12 new rubber-tired loaders with parallel lift and a guaranteed buyback option after one year. The loaders must meet specified engine, transmission, bucket, tipping-capacity, operating-weight, braking, steering, and warranty requirements, with delivery required by November 30, 2026. Bidders must be registered in Kentucky's Vendor Self Service System and provide a performance bond and required commercial general liability insurance.
