RRUMC Room 1508F RF/XR Equipment Replacement

Description: Work consists of install a new Radiographic Fluoroscopy/X-ray (RF/XR) system in Room 1508F on the first floor. In addition to removing the existing X-ray system and installing a new RF/XR system, approx 542 asf (625 gsf) will be renovated, including Room 1508F, an adjacent control room, and a bathroom. The proposed project scope includes interior demolition; installation and anchorage of the equipment and associated structural strengthening; lead shielding; new casework; modifications to building plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems to support the program, including provisions for power requirements, plumbing fixtures, lighting, fire alarms, fire sprinklers, and nurse call systems; testing and balancing; installation of data conduit and cabling for communications connectivity and security systems; installation of signage; and interior finish upgrades to affected floors, walls, and ceilings. The RF/XR equipment will be procured separately.
