North Gwinnett Freight Cluster Planning Study (Request for Proposal)

Description: Qualified consultants for the North Gwinnett Freight Cluster Planning Study for the department of planning and development. The purpose of this study is to evaluate freight movement within the North Gwinnett Freight Cluster and identify transportation improvements, operational strategies, and policy recommendations that improve freight mobility, safety, and economic competitiveness. The study is funded through the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) Freight Cluster Plan Program, which provides federal transportation planning funds administered through the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). The project will be funded approx 80 percent with federal funds and 20 percent with local funds provided by County.
