Rosland Park BMP Modifications RFP

Description: Construct improvements to an above-ground stormwater filtration vault. The work involves mobilization and demobilization; control of water to perform the work; furnishing, installing, maintaining, and removing erosion control facilities; site preparation including light clearing and grubbing, preparing site access routes, pedestrian traffic controls and construction access traffic controls; cutting, disposing of, and patching bituminous pavement; dredging; soil excavation, soil disposal and grading; installation of storm structures and piping and connections; installation of pump; removal and installation of filter vault process piping and valves; removal and installation of treatment system filter material; installation of variable frequency drive; backfilling and grading around filter vault; landscaping and restoration, performing site cleanup; restoring and seeding of all disturbed areas.
