Renovations to the College of Management and Common Areas on the Fifth Floor of McCormack Hall totaling Approximately 5,800 square feet (SF).

The project is a 1200 SF renovation of 4 office spaces and a new conference room with new walls, paint, new ceiling, and floor finishes. Some asbestos floor abatement in the areas of the renovation will be included in the project.
