Weymouth Township Municipal Building Roof and Structural Restoration
Township municipal building roof and structural restoration. Replacement of roughly 5,156 s.f. of existing asphalt shingle roofing at the Township Municipal Building, including removal of the existing shingles and underlayment, and installation of new asphalt shingles. Material shall be as detailed within the technical specifications. Replacement of gutters, fascias and roof rake and roof edge trim. Existing building finishes scheduled to remain including soffits and building siding shall be protected throughout the construction Phase of the Contract. Materials and building finishes damaged as a result of the work of this contract shall be replaced at no additional expense to the Owner. Existing roofing shingles have been tested and have been found to be free of asbestos containing materials.
