Description: This project includes the roofing replacement of the existing Trigg County Justice Center which consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system. The project also includes the removal of existing wall flashing and replacement with flush metal wall panels and the removal of existing batt insulation and replacement with spray-applied polyurethane foam insulation. The membrane roofing portion of the project shall be performed immediately after the removal and replacement of rooftop HVAC units.

Provide new roof system consisting of new cap sheet and base sheet over min 4. 5 inches or polyisocyanurate rigid insulation over existing deck. Existing metal deck is assumed to be undamaged. Consider an allowance to replace discovered conditions of metal deck. Keep existing any and all existing roof top equipment and curbs. Flash new around curbs. Provide new sealants in areas needed at brick joints above roof. Tuckpoint select areas of existing mortar joints adjacent to new roof.
