Roof Replacement Prestonsburg Readiness Center RFP

Description: Work include demo all existing layers of sbs roof system and insulation down to the deck. Demo all existing edge metal and downspouts. Provide new roof system consisting of new cap sheet and base sheet over min 4. 5 inches or polyisocyanurate rigid insulation over existing deck. Existing metal deck is assumed to be undamaged. Consider an allowance to replace discovered conditions of metal deck. Keep existing any and all existing roof top equipment and curbs. Flash new around curbs. Provide new sealants in areas needed at brick joints above roof. Tuckpoint select areas of existing mortar joints adjacent to new roof.
