Description: work includes Spud existing gravel surface to asphalt membrane, maintain asphalt membrane in watertight condition, Installation of crickets, Fastening Gypsum Cover Boards, Apply Torched Base Ply Roof System, Apply Torched Base Ply Flashing System, Apply Torched Cap Ply Roof System, Apply Torched Cap Ply Flashing System, Carefully remove lightning protection system and reinstall, Protect existing metal roofs from damage, Removed existing roof system to metal deck, Install polyisocyanurate insulation, Fasten Gypsum Cover Board, Apply Torched Base Ply Roof System.
