This project will provide accessibility improvements throughout, including but not limited to exterior entrances and routes, the maintained landscape, the buildings, restrooms, and parking. Updates will be made to the interior finishes including new doors and hardware, paint and stain, signage, and flooring. Windows and window treatment will be replaced to improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Select rooms in the administrative wing will be relocated and/or reconfigured with interior wall modifications to create improved space utilization.

Pisp-replace Visitor Center Roof RFP
Replace a failing roof system over an existing ~6000 SF building serving as a visitor center and tribal offices. The existing roofing material is a faux cedar shake composite which is failing, and fascia and cupola components are also at the end of their lifespan. This project will replace the failing roof components with a standing seam metal roof for a longer lifespan and protection from wildfire. The project also includes an option to install a lightning protection system for the building.
