Chip Seal Surface Treatment of Trunkline Road RFP
The County Commissioners of Caroline County, through the Caroline County Department of Public Works, are soliciting sealed bids (RFP# CCDPW2027-01) for the chip seal surface treatment of Trunkline Road. The scope of work includes roadway base repair and build-up, limited clearing, application of four (4) courses of chip seal surface treatment, and stabilization of disturbed areas. Sealed proposals must be received by the Caroline County Department of Finance by 9:30 AM on August 13, 2026, with electronic copies of the RFP, drawings, plans, and bid forms obtainable by emailing the Project Manager.
