Riverview Park Rebuild Gym 5 and 6 Air Handlers RFP

Description: Seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and other services necessary to rebuild the inner workings of two (2) York air handlers serving Gyms 5 and 6 at the Park Activities Center. The work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: 1. Isolate electrical service, chilled water, and hot water lines. 2. Remove blower sections and motors from the air handling units. 3. Remove existing chilled water and hot water coils. 4. Install new chilled water and hot water coils. 5. Install new control valves and piping for chilled water and hot water from the existing supply systems. 6. Install new fan/blower and motor systems in the air handling units. 7. Connect all required electrical services. 8. Restore power and start the systems. 9. Verify controlled operation with the existing control systems. 10. Restore the work area to its pre-service condition. 11. Clean the work area and dispose of all removed materials and waste in accordance with applicable requirements.
