Right at Home Targeted Homelessness Prevention Program - Legal Services Provider RFP

Description: San Mateo County, through its Human Services Agency Center on Homelessness, seeks one qualified legal services provider to implement the legal-services role in the Right at Home targeted homelessness prevention program. The selected contractor will provide housing-related legal assistance to households at high risk of homelessness, collaborate with the other contracted partners, and participate in the program’s research, evaluation, and learning activities. The initiative is expected to serve approximately 750 households over three years beginning in January 2027, with proposals due September 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
