Richmond VAMC Parking Attendant (Valet) Services

Description: Government shall work with the contractor to establish the designated area for the contractor- provided booth for the parking assistance operation at the main entrance of the medical center. The booth will be monitored throughout the workday by contractor staff. The booth shall never be left unattended. The contractor shall provide wheelchairs to transport patients to the clinics. The contractor shall deliver these wheelchairs, upon patient s or caretaker s request, to the patient to facilitate patient s travel from the car in the designated parking service area to the appointment and back to the car in the designated parking service area.
