RFSQ: DESIGN BUILD SERVICES FOR 8 NEW PICKLEBALL COURTS WITH LIGHTING

Description: The City of Garden Grove (herein referred to as “CITY”) is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from Design Build Entities (D-BE) to provide integrated design and construction services for Eight (8) new pickleball courts with lighting. In accordance with the Provisions of the California Public Contract Code Section 20164 and Garden Grove Municipal Code § 2.52.020, the City of Garden Grove will be utilizing a two-step process to prequalify, select, and award a contract to a DB-E for the design and construction of Eight (8) New Pickleball Courts with Lighting for the City of Garden Grove.   This RFSQ is intended to identify and shortlists firms that with the experience, professional qualifications, technical capabilities, project team, safety record, financial capability, and demonstrated performance necessary for this project. Contact with other agency officers or employees regarding this RFSQ is prohibited without prior consent. Proposers that directly contact officers or employees risk disqualification. Please note that if any addenda are posted during the time that this item is out, all electronic packages that have been submitted will be invalidated.
