Medium Voltage Transformer Replacement
This project re-builds existing medium voltage unit substation damaged by transformer fire during Fall 2025. Unit substation is located inside medium voltage electrical room. Project replaces unit substation transformer and cleans/maintains associated fused load interrupter switch. Project replaces medium voltage cables from exterior pad mounted switch to unit substation transformer. Project replaces secondary conductors from unit substation transformer to main distribution switchboard. Project also removes temporary normal power equipment and wiring installed after fire event.

DCAMM - Rhode Island State House Interior Stairwells Restoration (Request for Quote)
Includes, but is not limited to erect polyethylene curtain walls outside the staircases, extending from the lower level through the third floor. Install exhaust fans in the windows to remove odors from the building. Erect steel scaffolding as necessary to safely access all work areas. Mask and protect all surfaces that are not scheduled to be painted. Protective coverings shall remain in place throughout the work. Remove wax from all marble surfaces. Wash marble surfaces with prosoco liquid marble cleaner and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Mask and protect all marble surfaces after cleaning. Scrape all loose and peeling paint to achieve a sound substrate. Chemically strip all wood handrails to bare wood. See attached file.
