Description: Infrastructure Ontario and Runnymede Healthcare Centre have issued a combined Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to prequalify construction teams to deliver the Post-Traumatic Stress Injury (PTSI) Centre of Excellence for First Responders project. The combined RFQ covers two purpose-built facilities: the Caledon Recovery Centre, a residential treatment facility in the Region of Peel providing approximately 40 beds, and Station No. 3434, a six-storey outpatient hub in Toronto. Shortlisted teams from this RFQ will subsequently be invited to respond to separate Requests for Proposals for each facility, using a Design-Bid-Build delivery model.
