The City is seeking a continuing service agreement to remove and dispose of vessels designated derelict or abandoned by local law enforcement, including personal watercraft, airboats, barges, boats, and floating docks. Work may include temporary stabilization, towing, lifting, transportation, authorized storage, destruction, recycling, lawful disposal, and pollutant containment and disposal. The contract is intended to address vessel removals particularly following hurricanes, with work authorized through City work orders.

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) invites authorized resellers to submit pricing for Auxiliary Components for a three (3) year term (2026 to 2029). The products required are identified in the RFQ Online Pricing Sheet. No alternatives or substitutions will be accepted. Quantities listed are estimates only. Suppliers are requested to provide pricing information for the items listed in this RFQ. (The Company Questionnaire is the only downloadable document) Suppliers that are newly engaging with the TTC must review and complete the attached Company Questionnaire as part of their submission. Pricing must be quoted in Canadian dollars only, with applicable taxes shown separately unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are to be included on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, unless otherwise stated. All materials shall be delivered to: Toronto Transit Commission 1138 Bathurst Street Toronto, ON M5R 3H2 The TTC may, at its sole discretion, procure some, all, or none of the materials identified in this RFQ, subject to operational requirements and approval. Prices shall remain firm and valid for acceptance for sixty (60) days following the RFQ closing date. Award will be made to the lowest total priced compliant submission, subject to meeting all requirements of this solicitation. Communications All correspondence prior to award must clearly reference RFQ No. P65RD26648-2 The sole point of contact for all communications regarding this RFQ is the buyer identified in the contact section, or their designate (Angelica Kovacevic). To ensure fairness and transparency, all questions, requests for clarification, and other communications related to this solicitation must be submitted exclusively through the Euna Procurement Q&A Portal.
