RFQ 2768 As-Needed Consulting Services for Design
Pikes Peak State College is seeking qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to establish a pre-qualified pool of up to three teams for design services across campus renovations, facility improvements, and parking-lot upgrades. Assignments may range from minor interior renovations to larger renovation and infrastructure projects, with estimated project costs of $50,000 to $1,000,000; selection does not guarantee a minimum amount of work. Selected firms would provide design/bid/build services, and the pre-qualified list would run for two years, with services anticipated to begin January 1, 2027.
