Project consists of furnishing and installing a new electrically operated operable partition system. Includes removal of the existing operable wall, delivery of all required materials and equipment, installation of the new partition system, testing, adjustment, and commissioning to ensure full operational functionality. Replace the existing operable wall with a new reliable partition system. Restore full operational functionality and improve system reliability. Enhance flexibility of the instructional and simulation spaces within the downtown studio campus. Provide a modern, electrically operated partition system that supports efficient room configuration and space utilization.
