Description: Strathcona County invites quotations for metal roofing repairs and interior architectural finishes repairs at Festival Place, located at 100 Festival Way, Sherwood Park, Alberta. The work includes repairs to roof assemblies and eave systems, replacement of moisture-damaged roofing materials, heat-trace installation and electrical modifications, rooftop equipment coordination, and interior drywall, painting, flooring, protection, safety, and restoration work. The selected respondent will enter the County’s standard construction agreement and must provide the qualifications, planning, quality-control, safety-management, testing, commissioning, documentation, and facility-coordination services required for completion.
