Furnishing and installing fence, ground grid, fine grading, crushed rock surfacing, aluminum bus, concrete foundations, pre-engineered metal building, above grade double wall fuel storage tank, 500-gallon fuel day tank with integral dual pump package, fuel piping, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, remote control panel, generator support structure, and all incidentals for a complete operational system. Relocation of 1.6 MW generator, generator control panel, remote radiator, exhaust system, battery charger, neutral grounding reactor, catalytic exhaust monitor, and 5 kV switchgear section. Field testing of one substation transformer. Demolition of the existing substation.
